    By Air: Srinagar airport is well-connected to major cities of India. There are prepaid taxis at the airport which take you from the city. Curfews are shared here. So reaching the airport early can help you without any fuss. 

    By Train: The Jammu Tawi railway station is the nearest to Kashmir. Several trains are operating to Delhi to and fro. But Delhi is the closest station to Srinagar. 

    By Road: Kashmir has both good facilities to travel via road. Both state-run and private buses provide facilities at their terminals for passengers. The Jawahar tunnel connects Jammu to the Valley of Kashmir. Many luxury buses are available in this tunnel. Pre-bookings are open for booking in advance.
